ProtonDemand provides custom manufacturing services including 3D printing, CNC machining, and other fabrication services. We reserve the right to decline any order that violates our policies or that we believe may be used for illegal purposes.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are as quoted on our website based on your specific model requirements. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required before manufacturing begins.

4. Intellectual Property

By uploading files to our service, you represent that you have the legal right to manufacture the item represented in those files. You retain ownership of your intellectual property. We may use photos of manufactured parts for marketing purposes unless specifically requested not to.

5. Manufacturing and Delivery

We strive to manufacture and ship all orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Refunds and Returns

If your order doesn't meet agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos or other evidence of the issue. Refunds are at our discretion based on the nature of the problem.

7. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your files are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

ProtonDemand's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order. We are not liable for consequential damages or losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
